死後心臓MRI検査の方法を確立するため法医学医、放射線科医、放射線技師がお互い協力することによって、最適な検査方法と撮影条件の標準化を検討中である。また死後心臓MRI検査を実施した症例に関して、死後心臓MRI検査の所見に加えて、死後冠動脈造影CT検査と病理組織学的検査の所見を、症例ごとに検討し、それらについてまとめて症例を蓄積中である。とくに心臓性突然死が疑われた症例については、心臓性突然死に関与する遺伝子パネル解析を次世代シークエンサーを用いて、心筋や血液からDNAを抽出し、実施しており、随時、解析中である。本年度は10例、死後心臓MRI・死後冠動脈造影CT検査・病理組織学的検査を行い画像所見・病理所見を対比している。遺伝子異常に関連する不整脈による死亡症例は、本年度は見られなかったが、心筋虚血・梗塞を疑わせる症例があり、画像と病理の対比ができた。とくに死後冠動脈造影CT検査で異常が疑われた冠動脈支配領域と死後心臓MRI画像の心筋を対比し、異常所見が一致する症例がみられ、法医学解剖を行う際にも有用であることが示唆された。死後心臓MRI検査は、心臓性突然死関連の死因究明に有用な検査である可能性があり、さらに検討中である。

To establish methods for postmortem cardiac MRI examination, forensic doctors, radiologists, and radiographers are collaborating to develop, optimize, and standardize imaging conditions. Postmortem cardiac MRI examination is related to the implementation of symptoms, postmortem cardiac MRI examination findings are added, postmortem coronary angiography CT examination and histopathological examination findings are found, symptoms are investigated, and symptoms are accumulated. The symptoms of sudden cardiac death are related to the analysis of the next generation, the use of DNA, the application of DNA, the analysis of DNA, the analysis of DNA. This year, there were 10 cases, postmortem cardiac MRI, postmortem coronary angiography CT examination, pathological examination, imaging findings, pathological findings and comparison. This year, the number of cases of death due to abnormal heart disease, heart muscle deficiency, and infarction was increased. CT examination of postmortem coronary angiography is suspicious of coronary artery dominance, contrast between postmortem cardiac MRI images and abnormal findings is useful in forensic anatomy. Postmortem cardiac MRI examination is useful in investigating the cause of death associated with cardiac sudden death.
