看護師に対するRA患者の周術期におけるハイリスク薬剤管理に関する医療安全教育プログラム構築を目的に、R2年度にRA周術期患者の薬剤について看護師の診療補助業務の工程（医師の指示受け、準備・実施・評価）を作成。R3年度にこの工程表に沿って、整形外科外来、外来化学療法室に従事している看護師の診療補助業務を観察し、工程表を基にその各行為の危険度を行った。生命への影響度評価が高い行為は、周術期において、生物学的製剤、JAK阻害薬、メトトレキサート及びステロイド剤の薬剤管理に関する行為であった。この結果を基にR4年度は看護師のRA患者の周術期におけるハイリスク薬剤に関する管理・観察・指導状況について医の倫理審査委員会の承諾を得て、横断研究を行った。対象者は、公益財団法人日本リウマチ財団のホームページに公開されている日本リウマチ財団登録医もしくは登録看護師が在籍している医療施設でRA患者の看護に従事している看護師または、過去3年以内に従事していた看護師とした。配布数は、2483数であり、そのうち23施設より返送された。調査方法は、Web調査方法とし、作業委託した。施設の看護管理者宛に本研究のWeb調査への協力願いおよび研究協力者用の依頼文書を送付した。研究対象者は、Webによりアンケート調査に回答することとした。調査期間は2022年4月19日から7月19日であった。調査協力数は、368数であり、分析対象は、周術期における看護経験に対する質問に回答した365とした。R5年度は、この結果を分析し公表予定である。
