项目摘要

2022年度は、日本での調査を実施した。ただし、日本における実際の調査実施については、業者に委託した。調査時期については昨年度の検討から、新年度すぐの実施は避け、大学の夏休み時期に実施することを目指して準備を進めた。調査実施業務委託にあたり、研究プロセスや研究協力依頼文・実際の調査票等（オンライン書式への移行含め）の準備などを含め細かい調整が必要であり、大学業務と並行しての準備では、その調整に3か月ほどを要した。その後、まず、日本の全ての看護系学部・学科を持つ大学の学部長・学科長へ調査協力を依頼し、70の大学から協力を得ることができた。協力を得られた大学には、紙媒体の調査票の送付またはオンライン調査を実施し、9月末を回答期限としてデータを収集した（紙媒体・電子媒体の選択は各大学の希望に従った）。得られた素データの入力までは、業者に委託したが、統計分析のための統計ソフトへのデータ移行が必要であり、それについては現時点では一部が終了したのみである。本研究の主要理論を用いた論文を執筆し、またこの主要理論を用いて以前実施した学生対象の研究結果について学会発表を行い、国内の研究者からの知見を得る機会とした。更に、今年度実施した調査結果の一部について、分析を開始し、2023年度の国際学会（2件）での発表のため、抄録を提出したところ採択された。ただ、米国での調査については、既に調査票の準備は整っているのだが、現時点では、米国での研究倫理審査申請は終了しておらず、米国での調査を開始できる状況には至っていない。したがって、2023年度は、米国での調査終了を目指す。
