项目摘要

令和４年度も社会人基礎力の評価評価は新人看護師を対象として同様に実施した。合わせて、令和2～３年度の分析で新人看護師の1年間の成長に影響していると有意差が確認された社会人基礎力の2点「課題発見力」と「ストレスコントロール力」、および年間で能力向上がみられなかった考え抜く力の２点「計画力」と「創造力」の向上をめざした教育計画を継続して実施した。令和4年度の新人看護師（Ｎ=74）の入職時の社会人基礎力の状況は、令和2～３年度の新人看護師と同等であった。令和２～4年度の新人看護師の社会人基礎力について、入職時、6か月、12か月時点の自己評価を実施し、入職後1年で目標とする能力評価（ラダーⅡ群）に達成している群と達成していない群（ラダーⅠ群）でMann-Whitney検定を行った。結果は、入職時に有意差のある社会人基礎力は無し。6か月時点では「計画力（0.003）」「ストレスコントロール力（0.005）」「傾聴力（0.014）」の3項目で有意差が確認された。12か月時点では、「計画力（0.002）」「課題発見力（0.002）」「傾聴力（0.004）」「状況把握力（0.011）」「発信力（0.016）」「柔軟性（0.018）」の６項目に有意差が確認された。3年間の成果を総括すると、入職時点で重要となる社会人基礎力は特に検出されず、6か月までの上半期に強化を目指す能力として「計画力」「ストレスコントロール力」、「傾聴力」の３点、下半期では「課題発見力」「状況把握力」「発信力」「柔軟性」の４点であると考えられる。
