2020年度は調査初年度である為、看護コンピテンシーの経年比較ではなく、学士課程修了生と看護教員との看護コンピテンシーに対する評価者間の相違を検討した。調査方法は、2020年11月から2021年3月で、対象を全国の2020年度看護学士課程修了生1000名および同教育機関に勤務する看護教員200名とした質問紙調査を郵送法により実施した。調査内容は、対象者の属性（修了生：性別、年齢、就業経験の有無、教員：性別、教育年数、主担当科目）と看護実践能力尺度とした。分析は、対象の属性については度数または平均値を求め、2者における尺度6領域の平均得点の比較を行った。その結果、全国の17の看護系大学（国立大学3校、公立大学5校、私立大学9校）の修了生1474人に配布し237部回収した（回収率16.1％）。また教員611人に配布し167部回収した（回収率27.3％）。修了生の属性は、女性が90.3％で、年齢は22歳が7割以上であり、9割には就業経験が無かった。一方看護教員は、女性が8割強であり、平均教育年数は12年SD8.6年）であった。主担当科目は、基礎看護学・成人看護学など主要看護専門科目が75％であった。コンピテンシー尺度6領域における2者の平均得点の差の検定をした結果、修了生と比較し教員の得点が低かったのは「臨床的ケア能力」（p=0.44）であった。その他教員の得点が低い傾向にあったのは「法的・専門的ケア能力」（p=0.60）であった。以上、回収率は低かったもののコロナ禍での貴重なデータとなった。修了生の属性の割合は先行研究のそれに類似しており、看護教員はコンピテンシーを評価するに適した集団であった。なお、看護コンピテンシーは主に臨地実習で表現・発揮されることから、今回の結果は2019年の実習の反映である可能性が高い。2020年の結果にはコロナ禍の影響が強く反映されると推測する。
