2021年度に予定していた計画である第２段階：熟練看護師の術後観察時臨床判断の認知プロセスと行動パターンの推定」はコロナ禍により研究協力者の参加を得ることができず、延期を余儀なくされていた。2022年度は新型コロナウィルスの感染状況に収束がみられたため2023年3月に第２段階の計画が実施できた。視線計測機器EMR9を用いて1名の予備測定を実施した。その後、本測定として、京都府内の総合病院に所属する看護経験が5年以上ありかつ周術期看護が3年以上有する看護師10名の協力が得られた。実施場所は、同志社女子大学成人看護学実習室であった。患者設定は、Scenarioシミュレーションモデル人形（京都科学）を４体使用し、胃がんの術後を設定した。１体は視線計測に慣れるための術直後を設定、その他３体には術後４時間後の急変状況として設定した。測定環境は、ベッド周囲をパーテーションで囲み、患者のベッド周囲以外は視野に入らないよう術後環境を再現した。データ分析は、当初EMR9解析ソフトd-Factoryでデータ分析を行う予定であった。しかし、後継ソフトとして開発されたデータ入力が簡略化されたEMR9解析ソフトd-Targetを購入した。被験者は男性３名、女性７名、平均看護経験年数15.7年、周術期経験年数10.8年、所属部署は集中治療室8名、救急関連部署2名、視力については裸眼6名、ソフトコンタクト4名であった。熟練看護師の術後観察時臨床判断の認知プロセスと行動パターンを推定するため、視線計測による客観的データとともに、アンケート調査による主観的データを収集した。現在、視線計測のデータをEMR９用d-Targetで解析中である。

There were 3 males, 7 females, average nursing years 15.7 years, weekly nursing years 10.8 years, 8 patients in intensive care unit, 2 patients in emergency department, 6 patients with naked eyes and 4 patients with soft vision. Skilled nurse's cognition, behavior, estimation, vision measurement, patient's behavior, investigation, etc. Now, vision measurement and EMR9 with d-Target analysis.
