本研究の目的は、看護基礎教育において医療安全に基づいた輸液管理の技術を習得するための教育プログラムの開発を行うことである。以下が令和4年度の成果である。輸液管理技術の習得を目的に情報端末を用いたシミュレーション教材を作成している。前年度試作したver.3の課題を改良ししver.4を試作した。具体的には、情報端末を用いて輸液刺入部周囲の皮膚を示し遠隔操作で正常から異常へ変化させる。また、輸液の代用として輸液滴下の動画を示す。この試作を用いて看護者役9名の研究対象者にインタビューを行った。その結果、情報端末で輸液刺入部を示し、遠隔操作で正常から異常な状態に変化することで、「リアリティがある」「異常がわかり実際のような感じがする」などの回答を得た。また、輸液滴下の動画は、「滴下調整ができない」「袖を通しにくい」などの回答を得た。したがって、輸液滴下に情報端末を使用するメリットを見出すことができなかったため、ver.4の改良が必要となりver.5の試作中である。研究対象者が模擬患者に寝衣交換を行う際に、輸液に関する観察や注視時間などについて、従来の教材と比較するため10名の看護者役に視線計測機を用いて調査を行った結果、試作版の方が輸液管理に対する意識が高まる可能性が示唆された。さらに、実験を重ね教育プログラムを検討する。輸液管理に関する教員の認識と取り組みについて、15名の教員より協力を得てパイロット調査を行い、アンケート内容を検討し現在本調査に備えて準備を行った。

The purpose of this study is to develop basic nursing education, basic medical safety and infusion management techniques. The following is a summary of the results of the four years. The goal of infusion management technology acquisition is to create a teaching material for the end of information use. The previous year's trial work was conducted on the topic of improving ver.4. The animation of infusion drops,"Drop adjustment","Sleeve opening" and "Answer". The end of the infusion drip information terminal is used. It is necessary to improve the ver.4 and ver.5. Study participants were compared with 10 caregivers who were tested with a vision measuring machine during clothing exchange, infusion management, observation, and gaze time. Results showed that there was a high possibility of awareness of infusion management in the pilot version of the prescription. This year, we will focus on education and research. 15 teachers cooperated to conduct the survey and to discuss the contents of the survey.
