本研究では、第一線の実習指導者の実践知を分析し、「働きかけ力」および「働きかけ力」を高める要素を抽出する。そして、その要素をふまえて教材を作成し、その有用性を実証することを目的としている。2022年度は、実習指導者の「働きかけ力」とその向上に関連する要因を明らかにするため、参加観察とインタビュー調査を行う予定であったが、新型コロナ感染症拡大防止と業務繁忙等のため、実施できていない。実習指導者が他の看護師を巻き込む力である「働きかけ力」に注目し、看護学、教育学等の領域における文献検討により、「働きかけ力」を発揮するにためには数年以上の指導経験や自身・他者の持つ力量、業務量等を見極める力等が必要であることが推察された。このことから、対象者およびインタビュー内容厳選の必要性が示唆されたため、現在、教材開発に利用できる「働きかけ力」を発揮するために現場の実習指導者が行っていること、心がけていることに関するインタビュー調査の対象者と内容等について再度検討中である。
