本研究の目的は、がん治療中の糖尿病患者の体験を知ることから、血糖コントロールに影響する要因を明らかにする。がん治療中の糖尿病患者のセルフケアを支援するための方策を実践・評価することからがん治療部門、内分泌代謝内科部門の連携システムを構築をすることである。がん治療中の糖尿病患者が血糖コントロールを含めた日常生活の過ごし方に困難を感じているのではないかと療養指導時に実感することがあった。そこで、がん治療中の血糖コントロール継続に影響する要因を明らかにできると、糖尿病療養支援チームのより良い在り方について考えることはできるが、がん治療分野における患者の困りごとの実態はつかめていない現状がある。当初、がん治療中の糖尿病患者の経験を明らかにし、そこからがん治療中の糖尿病患者の血糖コントロールに関するセルフケアに影響する要因を探るための仮説を考えることとしていたが、コロナ禍による患者の治療控えや、研究倫理に向けてインタビューという方法をとることを考慮したこともあり、経験を直接的に知ることが困難であった。そこで、文献による患者の体験を明らかにすることを試みた。2020年～2022年はコロナ禍であり、報告論文の数は少なく、過去の文献を20編読み込み、概念分析を進めている。これから、患者の体験をもとに、がん治療中の糖尿病患者はアンケート調査を実施し、影響要因について分析を行い、その要因を解決するための方策をセルフケアの視点、エンパワーメントの視点でケアを実践・評価する予定である。

At the beginning, the treatment of diabetes patients in the light of the changes in blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes treatment related to the impact of the main reasons for the study, the treatment of patients with diabetes control, research ethics, to the development of the method, to consider the direct knowledge of the difficulties. The patient's body was examined in the literature. From 2020 to 2022, the number of papers reported was reduced, the number of past documents was increased, and the concept analysis was improved. The patient's body is in the process of being treated.
