本研究は研究者の先行研究である医療観察法通院処遇対象者の訪問看護における困難に対して、その困難を解消するための看護実践指針を作成することを目的とした研究である。研究の第１段階で訪問看護における困難を解消するための看護実践上の工夫を質的研究により明らかにした。「対象者の観察や評価の課題」、「再他害行為防止支援の課題」、「社会復帰支援の課題」、「処遇制度に基づいた支援提供における課題」の5つカテゴリーの困難に対して、42項目の看護実践上の工夫を明らかになった。そして、研究の第２段階として、これらの看護実践上の工夫を看護実践指針として活用できるようにするために、デルファイ法を用いて検証した。結果、41項目がコンセンサスを得ることができ、新たな追加項目として1項目がコンセンサスを得ることができた。1項目はコンセンサスを得ることができなかったため、削除となった。この研究成果を学術誌に論文として公表した。また、デルファイ法により得られた研究成果は、看護実践指針としての基礎資料となり、今後看護実践指針として作成をしていく予定である。

This study aims at solving the difficulties encountered by the medical examiner in handling the patient's visit to the hospital. The first stage of the study is to solve the difficulties of visiting nursing and to study the quality of nursing practice. 5 issues related to the difficulties of the target, 42 issues related to the implementation of care,"Issues related to the prevention and evaluation of harmful behavior,""Issues related to social rehabilitation support," and "Issues related to the provision of basic support for the treatment system." The second stage of the study is to examine the use of nursing practice guidelines. The result is that 41 items are added to the list. Item 1: The research results of this paper are published in public. The results of the study are based on the basic data of nursing practice and the preparation of future nursing practice guidelines.
