项目摘要

本研究の目的は、統合失調症を有する男性の恋愛を支援するために当事者の認識や支援の実態を明らかにすることである。今年度はその第一段階として、地域で精神障害者支援に携わる就労継続支援Ｂ型事業所や精神科デイ・ケア等の組織的な恋愛に対する支援方針や支援の実態を明らかにするために、先行研究をもとに調査項目の選定と回答方法を検討し、調査票を作成した。研究倫理審査委員会からの承認を得た後、関西および関東地方に所在する対象施設にアンケート調査を実施した。当初計画していた対象施設よりも低い回答データ数を得られた。得られた回答データを統計学的に分析した結果、恋愛に関する施設の主な取り組み、恋愛支援の有無と関連する施設の特徴が明らかになった。この研究成果は、精神障害者が恋愛を「する/しない」を選択するための、周囲の人や支援者が活かすことができる有用な知見である。今後は、上記の実態調査から得られたデータを引き続き詳細に分析し、その成果をまとめ、学会や論文等で発表する計画である。また、第二段階の統合失調症を有する男性の恋愛やその支援に対する認識を明らかにするため、先行研究をもとに調査項目の選定と回答方法を検討し、インタビュー調査および実態調査をそれぞれ実施する予定である。

The purpose of this study was to clarify the status of cognitive support for men with schizophrenia.
