令和4年度は、昨年度開始した質問紙調査の回収が終了した。回収後にデータを入力し、分析を行った。調査は、国内のアドバンス助産師および母性看護専門看護師が就業している1,533施設に対して調査協力の依頼を行った。そのうち承諾の得られた施設に勤務する、現在または過去に産科外来や助産師外来の経験がある助産師2,633名を対象に、調査用紙を配布した。対象者への配布は、所属部署の看護師長へ依頼した。記入後は自己郵送返送式で回収とし、同意欄への記入があったものを研究協力の同意とした。研究への承諾が得られた290施設の施設に勤務する助産師から回答が得られ、1,389部の有効回答を対象として分析を行った。研究者の平均年齢は41.6±10.1歳、助産師経験年数の平均は、16.0±9.5年であった。研究対象者の勤務している施設を都道府県別に分類し、全国の都道府県に就業する助産師数の割合と比較したところ、研究対象者と全国の都道府県別就業者数との割合の有意差は認められなかった。そのため今回のデータは全国の助産師の母集団と同様の分布を示したデータであった。助産師が気になる妊婦と予測する項目については、多くの助産師が非常に気になると回答した27項目を抽出した後、助産師が察知する気になる妊婦の因子構造を検討した。探索的因子分析の結果から、7因子23項目が抽出された。確認的因子分析では、全ての値が適合指標に達していた。確認的因子分析の結果、各潜在因子の間に高い相関が存在したため2次因子分析を行ったところ、7因子の背後には2次因子の存在があることが明らかとなった。また2次因子分析のモデルの適合度は、適合度指標の目安を満たしていた。
