项目摘要
2021年度に作成した、原因食物除去解除過程にある幼児期後期の食物アレルギー児が納得して治療に参加し継続できることを目的とした、家族実践型プレパレーションツールの使用を開始した。食物アレルギー児と家族に外来でプレパレーションツールを使用後、家族に使用方法を説明し自宅で使用してもらい、来院時に家族からの聞き取り、および児の反応を記録している。
