令和４年度の「若年認知症家族介護者の経験している『慢性的悲嘆』と健康に関する研究」の実績は以下の通りであった。１．「家族介護者の慢性的悲嘆」、「認知症家族介護者の慢性的悲嘆」について国内外の文献を分析し、構成概念を抽出する取り組みを継続した。さらに類似概念であるchronic sorrowと chronic griefの類似性と相違性を検討した。２．慢性的悲嘆に関する測定具の検討を行いModel of chronic sorrow(Roos, 2018)の有用性を検討した。３．質的研究で使用するインタビューガイドについて検討した。４．若年認知症家族介護者の健康状態についての質的研究及び量的研究を実施し、健康状態に関連する要因の検討を行った。５．若年認知症家族介護者の慢性的悲嘆、健康状態、関連要因を記述する質的研究および介入研究は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大により延期している状況であったが、対象者をリクルートするための情報収集および関係機関・組織との連携を深める活動を行った。

In 2014, we conducted a study on the relationship between chronic grief and health in family caregivers of cognitive disorders. 1. "Chronic Grief of Family Caregivers" and "Chronic Grief of Family Caregivers with Cognitive Disorder" are reviewed in this paper. The concept of similarity is discussed in terms of similarity and contradiction. 2. A study of the usefulness of the Model of chronic sorrow(Roos, 2018) 3. The quality of research is the use of information technology. 4. If qualitative and quantitative research on health status of family caregivers with cognitive disorders is carried out, the key factors related to health status will be discussed. 5. If the family caregivers of cognitive disorders chronic grief, health status, related factors described qualitative research and intervention research, new types of infectious diseases, large delays in the status of the disease, the target, the collection of information, the relationship between institutions and organizations to carry out in-depth activities
