项目摘要

2022年度（研究3年目）は、研究協力者と公衆衛生活動の教材作成を継続し、各自の活動内容をチーム内で共有することに取り組んだ。さらに、公衆衛生活動支援システム構築の可能性について検討を試みた。まず、公衆衛生活動に用いる教材のうち、子どもの歯科保健に関するパワーポイント教材については、日本の地域歯科保健活動の知見とモンゴル側の意見を取り入れた教材が完成し、実際に使用を開始した。運動促進のための動画教材については、日本で作成した動作ごとの動画を共有し、モンゴル側の意見を聴取したところである。次に、公衆衛生活動の実施内容の共有については、公衆衛生活動推進チームが参加するオンライン上の非公開グループにおいて、自身の活動を報告する投稿をし、内容を共有した。実際に、日本から提供した歯ブラシと歯垢染め出し剤を活用した活動8件、パワーポイント教材を使用した活動2件などの投稿があった。オンラインで共有された活動状況は、ふりかえり会議の資料とすることで、公衆衛生活動の実施技術を学ぶ方法として評価したいが、オンライン会議の設定を何度も試みているものの、研究協力者の業務多忙が続き、なかなか実施に結びついていない。以上を踏まえ、2023年度（研究4年目）は、公衆衛生活動推進チームのディスカッションにより公衆衛生活動技術を抽出し、多職種が参加する自主的な活動支援システムの試用として評価する。加えて、モンゴル国の公衆衛生活動専門家を招聘し、日本の公衆衛生関係者に紹介することで、さらなる活動支援とする場を計画する。
