项目摘要

2022年度は、全国の「地域の保健室」の実態把握を目的に、先駆的に行政や地域の多機関と連携している「地域の保健室」の管理者に対して、インタビューを実施した。対象保健室は9か所でその内訳は、「暮らしの保健室」として開設した常設の保健室3か所、飲食店として開設し住民の居場所と専門職による健康相談の機能を持つ保健室が2か所、定期的に娯楽施設で健康相談を行う形式の保健室が2か所、有料の文化教室の利用者を対象に健康と生活面の支援を行う形式の保健室が1か所、障害者施設を開放し住民の居場所としている保健室が1か所であった。インタビューの内容は、①保健室の開設経緯、②保健室の運営および活動概要、③行政と連携した活動および事業、④地域包括ケアシステムにおける保健室の役割と課題である。インタビューの結果、保健師や訪問看護師、コミュニティナース、社会福祉士等様々な専門職により地域住民の交流と介護予防の取り組みがなされ、いずれも利用する地域住民にとって地域の重要な居場所としての役割をもっていることがわかった。一方で行政の保健・介護部門と連携した事業を実施している保健室は未だ多くないことがうかがえた。「地域の保健室」の利用者には、家族との近居のために転居してきた高齢者が増えてきていることから、世代間居住距離を踏まえた高齢者への健康面からのアプローチについて課題を明らかにすることを目的に文献研究を行った。その結果、近居による世代間訪問に止まらず友人や趣味目的の外出を増やすなど自立と依存のバランスを保つアプローチが必要であることが明らかになった。この研究は、甲南女子大学研究紀要II第17号P7-14（2023年3月発行）に「日本の高齢者における近居と世代間支援及び健康との関連に関する文献レビュー」として発表した。
