本研究の目的は、乳幼児を持つ養育者の防災行動の実態と関連要因を明らかにし、防災行動教育プログラムの開発を行うことである。令和4年度は、乳幼児を持つ養育者の防災行動の実態と関連要因を明らかにするため対象者にアンケートの回収を行った。対象者は、A県B市に住所がある0～3歳児を持つ養育者のうち，965世帯にアンケートを郵送した。結果、有効回答数は218名（有効回答率22.6％）であった。対象者の属性は、女性183名（83.9％）、平均年齢は34.0±4.8歳，被災経験あり80名（36.7％）子どもの防災に関する情報を取得している者126名（57.8％）経済的余裕がある者181名（83.0％）であった。防災行動の実施割合は「懐中電灯を備えている（77.5％）」「３日分の乳幼児の衣類（オムツ着用時はオムツも）を備えている（75.7％）」「３日分の乳幼児の食べ物（月齢に合わせた粉ミルク、離乳食も）を備えている（45.0％）」「３日分の家族全員分の食べ物を備えている（38.1％）」「３日分の家族全員分の飲料水を備えている（43.1％）」「災害後は、子どもがPTSDなどを受けやすいことを知っている（86.2％）」「居住地域でどのような災害リスクがあるかを知っている（63.8％）」「避難場所までの経路を知っている（74.8％）」「災害後同居家族との待ち合わせ場所や再会方法について話し合っている（21.6％）」であった。
