项目摘要

（株）マクロミル社にインターネット調査を依頼し、2021年2月、同年10月の2回の調査に回答した20歳台・30歳台の女性310名を対象者として、2022年3月に3回目調査を実施した。調査内容は1・2回目調査と同様で、紙巻たばこ（以下紙巻）と加熱式たばこ（以下加熱式）による能動・受動喫煙等の実態を縦断的に把握した。調査の同意を得た220名（71.0％）より回答があり、その内1・2・3回目の喫煙歴に明らかな齟齬がある25名を除外した195名（20歳台76名、30歳台119名）を分析対象者とした。喫煙者数（率）は、紙巻1回目9名（4.6％）・2回目7名（3.6％）・3回目8名（4.1％）、加熱式1回目11名（5.6％）、2回目9名（4.6％）、3回目11名（5.6％）で、紙巻・加熱式共に有意な変化は認められなかった。2021年2月実施の1回目調査では分析対象者619名中、紙巻の喫煙者数（率）は40名（6.5％）、同年10月実施の2回目調査では分析対象者288名中11名（3.8％）であり、喫煙者の半数強が2回目調査で脱落した可能性がある。質問紙調査と同様にインターネット調査においても喫煙者のデータ収集は困難と考えられる。受動喫煙率は、紙巻1回目23.6％・2回目31.8％・3回目22.6％、加熱式1回目19.6％、2回目20.5％、3回目21.0％で、紙巻では2回目と1・3回目とで有意差があり、加熱式では有意差は認められなかった。紙巻・加熱式共に喫煙率は4～5％であるのに対し受動喫煙率は20％を超えており、受動喫煙対策が十分とはいえない。特に加熱式は受動喫煙率が僅かではあるが相対的に増加しており有効な対策が急務である。
