本研究は高齢ストーマ保有者が、住み慣れた地域で少しでも快適な生活を続けるための一助として、ストーマ保有者自身のストーマ管理セルフケア能力維持への関心を高め、さらに、ストーマ管理に係る予防対策等に寄与する手段として、ICTを活用し、高齢ストーマ保有者または家族・介護者を主体とした、ストーマ管理セルフケア能力を維持・継続できる支援プログラムを開発することを目的としている。ICTを活用することで、ストーマ保有者と医療従事者との情報共有が容易となり、ストーマ周囲皮膚障害や排泄物の漏れ等のトラブルが発生した場合、速やかに適切なケア方法が提供でき、ストーマ保有者のQOL維持に貢献すると考える。研究対象者のリクルートを開始したものの、コロナ感染状況に応じ、候補者との面談が難しい状況が続いた。また、本研究で使用しているＩＣＴツールの「ストーマテレナケアストーマプロ」について、Andoroid系スマートフォン機器での使用に長期間不具合が発生した。これらの不具合に伴い「ストーマテレナケアストーマプロ」の使用が2022年5月末でサービス終了となり、急遽別のICTサービスツール使用を検討することとなった。2022年度は5月に開催された第31回日本創傷・オストミー・失禁管理学会学術集会において、Stoma Management by ostomates using Information and Communication Technology: A Case Reportとして成果発表を行った。

This study is aimed at improving the quality of life of the owners and their families, as well as improving the quality of life of the owners themselves. The ability to manage a project is maintained, and the project is supported. Information sharing between ICT users and medical personnel is easy, timely and appropriate for the development of ICT users 'QOL maintenance. The study subjects were selected from the group consisting of three groups: the first group, the second group, and the third group. In this study, the use of ICT in the use of Android-based machines did not occur for a long time. The use of ICT services is discussed at the end of May 2022.
