本研究は自然災害を体験した炎症性腸疾患患者へのインタビューを通して災害の発生時期に合わせた支援モデルを作成することを目的としている。研究対象は過去10年以内に自然災害を体験し、九州または西日本に在住する潰瘍性大腸炎およびクローン病の患者15名を予定していた。本研究は令和２年度にインタビュー開始予定であったが、コロナ禍により対象者にインタビューすることが困難だった。そのため令和２年度は関連文献のレビューを実施し、インタビューガイドを作成した。さらに当時の所属先である聖マリア学院大学倫理委員会に倫理審査の申請を行いインタビュー(半構成面接)の承認を得た。令和３年度は３名のインタビューを実施し、聴取したインタビューをデータ化した。（年度当初は６名のインタビュー実施予定であったが新型コロナウイルス感染拡大状況の影響によりインタビュー日程をたびたび変更し、３名へのインタビュー実施となった）令和４年度はM-GTA合同研究会のスーパーバイザー３名の助言を得ながら分析をすすめ、９月10日・11日に開催されたワークショップにおいて分析した事例の発表を行った。また、所属先の変更に伴い、現在の所属先である帝京大学福岡医療技術学部倫理委員会に倫理審査の申請を行い、インタビューの承認を得て３名のインタビューを実施し聴取したインタビューをデータ化した。２０２３年度は、インタビューした６名の分析をすすめ、研究成果をまとめて発表する予定である。

The aim of this study is to establish a comprehensive support system for patients with inflammatory bowel disease during natural disasters. The study identified 15 patients with ulcerative colitis in the past 10 years. This study is scheduled to start in 2010 and 2011. In 2002, the company issued a report on the implementation of the relevant documents, and the report was prepared. The Ethics Committee of the University of San Francisco at that time approved the application for ethics review.
