子ども虐待を予防するためには早期の支援が必要であり，かつ，従来のリスク要因を持つ子育て家族に対するハイリスクアプローチに加え，すべての子育て家族を支援するというポピュレーションアプローチが重要と考える。また，母子健康手帳交付や乳幼児健診等で子育て家族に接する母子保健専門職が子育て家族との関係性をより強固に構築することができれば，早期に虐待発生のリスクを抑えることができると考える。本研究は，簡略版子ども虐待潜在リスク調査票（BCAP；The Brief Child Abuse Potential Inventory）を用いた子育て家族との関係性構築を重視した保健師等の母子保健専門職による支援を検討し，わが国での子ども虐待の発生予防に資することを目指すものである。本研究の目的は，BCAP日本語版の作成と信頼性・妥当性の検討，ならびにBCAP日本語版を用いた子育て家族との関係性構築のための支援方法の検討を目的としている。今年度は，共同研究者とともにBCAP日本語版の作成を行い，BCAP日本語版の信頼性・妥当性の検証を行う準備を進めていたが，他研究者が日本語版を試用していることを把握した。そこで，他研究者と連絡・連携を取りながら，BCAP日本語版を用いた調査に向けて調整を行った。BCAP日本語版の使用に向けて，日本でのCAP使用許諾の権利を有するCAP日本語版作成者からBCAP日本語版使用の許諾を，先行してBCAPを使用しているフィンランドのBCAP使用者からのBCAPの使用許諾と助言を得た。現在，調査を実施する段階にある。

Mother and Child Health Account Delivery, Breast and Child Health Clinic, Child Care Family Connection, Maternal and Child Health Portal, Child Care Family Relationship Construction, Early Child Abuse Prevention and Control The purpose of this study is to explore the use of the Brief Child Abuse Potential Inventory (BCAP) to support the development and prevention of child abuse in the country by attaching importance to the relationship building of child rearing families and maternal health professionals. The purpose of this study is to investigate the reliability and appropriateness of the Japanese version of BCAP, and to investigate the support methods for the construction of the relationship between the use of BCAP and its children. This year, the co-researcher and the Japanese version of BCAP are preparing for the trial. The Japanese version of BCAP is used for investigation and adjustment. Japanese version of BCAP is used in Japan, and promises of use of BCAP are made. Japanese version of BCAP is used in advance, and promises of use of BCAP are made by BCAP users. Now, the investigation is carried out at the stage.
