2022年度の前半は、コロナ禍の中、市町村保健師の業務が多忙のため調査協力が得られず、研究が頓挫することになった。後半から、新型コロナ感染が落ち着きを見せたため調査の再開が可能となり、市町村保健師2名、民間事業者2名を対象に、2事業に関する面接調査を実施することができた。調査内容は①民間活力に関する認識の確認　②民間活力を活かしたヘルスケア対策の内容　③民間活力を活かしたヘルスケア対策に関する成功体験、困難体験　④市町村保健師活動における、民間活力を活かしたヘルスケア対策の意義と成果、の４つである。また、その他、1事業に関して市町村保健師1名と民間事業者1名の調査協力の同意を得ている。今年度で調査がすべて終了していないため、1年間の延長申請を行い、次年度も引き続き調査を実施し、結果を分析しまとめる予定である。

In the first half of 2022, the business of urban and rural health care professionals was busy, and research cooperation was successful.
