项目摘要

【研究目的】近年多発している自然災害への備えは全ての人に必要である。その中でも、本研究の対象である神経難病患者は介護者のみならず、本人自身が意識して備えることが重要である。そのため、災害の備え行動に消極的・拒否的なパーキンソン病患者の行動・心理面の要因分析と理論構築を行い、外来看護場面の看護師の介入で、災害備え指導が実施できるプログラム開発が最終目的である。【2022年度の研究目標】2021年度に継続して、「パーキンソン病患者の災害備え度自己診断シート（案）」の開発を目標とした。【研究実施内容】「パーキンソン病患者の災害備え度自己診断シート（案）」開発のための調査を計画し、実施した。全国調査の前に、パイロットスタディとして新潟県内のパーキンソン病友の会（150人）に協力を依頼し、調査票を2022年3月に配布した。調査項目は防護動機理論をベースに、対処評価に自己効力感、うつ病尺度、生きる意欲等を盛り込んだ（詳細は研究発表まで秘匿する）。パーキンソン病患者の振戦、書字障害、郵便ポスト投函までの移動障害等を配慮し、通常の調査票の工夫（ページめくりのしやすさ、字の書きやすさ）のみならず、スマホからQRコードを読み込み、回答できる工夫など対象者の意見を聞き、工夫して計画した。新潟県内の回収率は29％、有効回答率90%であった。その結果の分析内容と調査回答のしやすさへの意見を基に調査方法、調査票を改善して2022年11月から全国調査を開始した。しかし、全国47都道府県のパーキンソン病友の会支部はコロナ禍や会員の高齢化による活動休止、交流中止の支部があり、その確認に時間を要したため、3月に調査票郵送にいたった。現在、調査票回収の途中である。
