2021年度に作成した「乳幼児の安全のための保護者の事故予防実践尺度」案、および関連する要因等を基に調査票を作成し、乳幼児をもつ保護者に無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施した。研究協力をいただく機関への依頼手続き、調査票の準備、配布依頼等を実施した。計画段階で予測していた回収率を大幅に下回り、事前に依頼していた研究協力機関以外にも協力を仰ぎ、調査期間を延長し、調査票の配布および回収を行った。概ね１年間をかけて調査票の配布・回収を実施し、必要な回答数を確保した。当初1200部の調査票配布を予定していたが、回収率が低く、配布数の追加を重ね、最終的に4000部を配布し、約600件の回答数を確保することができた。回収した調査票の、入力作業を行った。入力ミスを防ぐために、同じ内容を2シートに入力し、照合する方法をとっている。今後、詳細の分析を行い、結果の取りまとめを行う。
