项目摘要

本研究の目的は，地域高齢者の口腔機能の軽微な低下とされるオーラルフレイルについて早期に把握し，地域での集団の介護予防活動を通して早期に予防する方法について検討するものであった。特に，口腔機能に関しては，身体機能に比べ人々の関心も低く，ヘルスリテラシーを向上させる取り組みが必要である。研究の中では，支援者となる地域のオーラルフレイルサポーターの養成を行うことを検討したが，初年度より，新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大により，地域での集団での介護予防事業が中止になるなど実施困難となり，関係機関との連携を通じて，口腔保健事業内容の検討等を行った。自治体では口腔機能の介護予防事業を単独で行うことは現状少なく，運動器機能向上，栄養改善などの複合的プログラムの中で取り入れ実施されることが多かった。各自治体ではフレイルサポーターという面からの育成も浸透し始めており，その中で高齢者間でオーラルフレイル予防に関するミニ健康講座などを実施し互いに支援している状況もあった。フレイルという点では，身体的，社会的，認知的な面からの複合的な側面から機能低下がみられることも示唆されており，オーラルフレイルとの因果も考えながら，地域高齢者への支援を検討する必要性があった。これらを踏まえ，介護予防活動を行う地域サロンの高齢者160人を対象に，口腔機能の測定および身体的・社会的フレイル，生きがい感に関する実態調査を実施し，予防の意識や行動，実際の生活機能，オーラルフレイルの結果を把握する。この結果を通じて，地域サロンなどの地域の集いの場における高齢者の介護予防活動の取り組みを検討することが期待できる。

The purpose of this study was to understand the early stage of oral function decline in patients with high altitude, and to investigate the early stage of oral function improvement in patients with high altitude. In particular, oral function is related to body function, and body function is related to body function. In the study, the development of oral health care services was discussed. In the first year, the infection of new oral health services was greatly increased. In the study, the management of oral health care services was suspended. In addition, the communication between related institutions was discussed. The oral cavity function of the autonomous body is protected from the disease. The status quo is less, the function of the motor is upward, and the compound of the oral cavity function is improved. Each autonomous body shall carry out health talks and support each other in the middle of the day. In addition, it is necessary to discuss the support of the high-level regional people. This study was conducted to investigate the status of oral function, physical and social health, health and sensory issues, to prevent awareness and action, to control the results of real-life functions, and to assess the effectiveness of oral function. The results of this study are expected to be discussed in the context of the study on the protection of high-risk individuals in the field of geographic distribution.
