项目摘要

本研究課題は，円滑な身体運動実施を可能にする上で肩関節周辺筋群を含む四肢の筋群の緊張緩和が必要であるが，その緩和を可能にする適切な体幹姿勢の探求とその結果得られる運動パフォーマンスの変化，及びその状態保持を可能にする定性的な表現について検討するものである.3年目である２０２２年度は，１）投球前円背姿勢が投球動作のメカニクスに与える影響の研究を発展させた，２）重りを把握した上肢の振り動作を伴う垂直跳び中の上肢関節及び体幹姿勢変化への力学的影響を解析した，３）研究計画３である，筋緊張緩和を促す姿勢の学習と動きのイメージに関する具体的な語彙の獲得に関する研究を開始した．各テーマの主な結果は，１）では，手先速度に対する体幹と上肢の角速度の貢献度の算出と投球腕の関節で生じた各トルク成分を算出し，円背姿勢はボールリリース速度を低下させ，肩関節内旋筋によるパワーを減少させた．さらにこの姿勢は肩の水平内転方向への回転力を高めた．この回転力発生から上腕骨を肩関節方向へ牽引する肩関節離開力を増加させ，肩甲上腕関節の負荷を増加させる姿勢であると考えられた．２）では，重り把握状況は，肩関節と肘関節の屈曲トルクとコリオリトルクを減少させたことから，腕振りの効果である体幹を上方向へ牽引する力を減少させると考えられたが，一方で長期間のこの垂直跳びの実施は，この牽引力と共に跳躍高を増加させると考えられた．３）では，弓道のイップスである早気（本来よりも短時間で矢を放ってしまう現象）が起こる原因を探ったところ，手関節の尺屈動作による弓の上押しができない現象があることを見出し，その原因が尺屈筋群の異常な筋活動が関係することが分かった．この活動は，手関節背屈動作の共同筋である橈骨手根伸筋との共同収縮を引き起こしたことから，手関節周りで過度な筋緊張が発生したと考えられる．

This research topic is to explore the necessity of tension relaxation of shoulder joint peripheral muscle groups, including limb muscle groups, and the results of qualitative performance analysis of possible movement and state maintenance. 1) Development of the study on the influence of throwing posture on throwing motion; 2) Analysis of the mechanical influence of upper limb joint and trunk posture change in vertical jump; 3) Research plan; 3) Development of the study on the specific acquisition of words related to muscle tension relaxation, posture learning and movement. The main result is that 1) the hand speed is lower than the body speed and the angular velocity of the upper limb is lower than the shoulder joint speed. The posture of the shoulder is horizontal, the direction of the shoulder is horizontal, and the return force is high. The shoulder joint traction force increases, the load on the wrist joint increases, and the posture of the shoulder joint and elbow joint decreases. The wrist vibration force decreases, and the traction force increases in the body shaft direction. The vertical jump height increases with the traction force. The vertical jump height increases with the traction force. The vertical jump height increases with the traction force.(Originally, the phenomenon of short-time arrow release was discovered.) The cause of this phenomenon was explored. The phenomenon of bow upward bending of hand joint was discovered. The reason was the relationship between abnormal tendon activity of tendon bending group and the relationship between abnormal tendon activity and abnormal tendon movement. During this activity, the common tendons of the dorsiflexion movement of the hand joints, the extension tendons of the radius and the root of the hand, and the common contraction of the tendons are triggered, and excessive tendon tension occurs around the hand joints.
