项目摘要

2022年度は本研究の3年目であり、プロ野球観戦者を対象として、シーズン前半とシーズン終了時の2回に渡ってデータを収集し、縦断的な追跡調査を行った。1回目の調査はプロ野球のシーズン前半（5月下旬の3日間）に実施した。インターネット調査会社のサービスを利用し、2021年シーズンから2022年シーズンにかけて少なくとも1度はプロ野球チーム（パ・リーグ6球団のどれか一つ）のホームゲームをスタジアムで観戦したことのある人々にアンケート調査を依頼したところ、1348人から回答を得ることができた。質問内容は基本属性に加え、ファンウェルビーイングの規程要因（独立変数）と考えられる因子を設定し、具体的にはチーム・アイデンティフィケーションとファンエンゲージメント行動を測定するための尺度を用いた。2回目の調査はプロ野球のシーズンが終了した10月下旬に1回目の調査と同様の人にアンケートを依頼し、778名から回答を得た。2回目の調査ではファンウェルビーイングを構成する4要因（快楽的ウェルビーイング、ユーダイモニック・ウェルビーイング、社会的ウェルビーイング、身体的ウェルビーイング）と人生全般のウェルビーイング（人間的開花）を測定するための質問項目を使用するとともに、併せてシーズン終了時のスタジアム観戦回数とテレビ観戦回数を測定した。2022年度の追跡調査は、シーズン中のチームへの愛着（チーム・アイデンティフィケーション）とファンのエンゲージメント行動がシーズン終了時のウェルビーイングに対して、どのような影響を持続的に及ぼしているのかを検証することが目的であった。
