项目摘要

本研究は，コーチングやその満足度と状況判断能力の獲得との関連によって，競技者とコーチが互いを理解しながら状況判断能力の向上を図るための日本型“Athlete centered coaching”の提案を試みるものである．前年度までに作成した宣言的知識に関わる紙面による知識テストとそれに関連付けた手続き的知識に係るVTR映像を用いた状況判断と戦術行動に関わる状況判断テストを作成しデータ収集し，主な研究実績は以下の3点である．1点目は「速攻場面における状況認知に関する潜在的な因子構造と競技力，性の関連」についてまとめ，日本体育・スポーツ・健康学会第72回大会において発表した．5因子構造であり，性による影響は小さく，競技水準に関連があることが示された．2点目は「状況認知に関する高校生と大学生の基本的知識の獲得傾向およびそれらの競技水準との関連」についてまとめ，日本バスケットボール学会第9回大会で発表した．両年代とも競技力によって分類したところそれぞれに有意な得点差が認められ，さらに高校生と大学生では異なる得点傾向が認められたことから，状況判断能力の獲得過程の一部について競技力との関連が示された．3点目は「チーム競技におけるコーチと選手の人間関係によるチームのまとまりや選手の目標・課題への努力などへの影響」について全日本大学選手権大会出場チームに所属する選手を対象に「コーチ・競技者間の人間関係(CART-Q)」「集合的効力感(CEQ for Sports)」「集団凝集性(GCQ)」を用いた調査・収集したデータについて分析し，日本コーチング学会第34回大会において発表した．「コーチ・競技者間の人間関係」と「集合的効力感」「集団凝集性」の各間に有意な総合的関連が認められ，コーチと競技者の人間関係がチームのまとまりや競技者のチームに対する有能感への影響が示された．
