项目摘要

発達障がい児の運動能力や生活能力に対する運動介入の影響について、本研究の結果、今回の被験者では障がいの程度が運動能力の変化に影響している可能性が示された。また被験者個々に注目すると、設定した測定項目では変化を捉えることができないものの、指導員の観察による日常動作や生活行動に改善がみられた。重心動揺測定では、幾人かの被験者に運動介入の効果がみられた。SDQに関しても下位因子の「多動」や総合的評価で支援の必要性が減少していた。QOL値についても、欠損値が多いものの多くの値で改善された。これらは一人一人を個別に丁寧に測定・観察することで、少しの変化でも評価することができることを示唆している。運動介入による発達障がい児の運動能力や生活能力に対する影響について、障がいの程度が運動能力の変化に影響を与えている可能性があることが示唆された。（花田道子、辻本尚弥、滿園良一）知的障害児のサッカーミニゲームにおける脈拍数の変化について、知的障がい児を対象としたサッカー教室において、サッカーのミニゲーム時におけるPRや練習中の総移動距離など基礎的なデータを得ることができた。しかしながら、それらを説明しうる要因を明確にすることは課題として残された。練習全体について詳細な記録、特に練習に用いた運動やトレーニングメニューの種類と実施した時間などが欠かせない。本研究でもこれらを踏まえたデータの蓄積により、PRの変化の要因を検討できるようにすべきであることが課題として得られた。（花田道子、水落將護、辻本尚弥、滿園良一）
