令和４年度に平時・緊急時両用のLPWANの構築について、以下の２つのタスクを展開した。１LPWANの中でもオープンな通信規格であるLoRaを利用してシステムを開発した。２緊急時にサブネットワークとLoRaゲートウェイ間の橋渡し役であるIoTデバイスであるため、IoTデバイスのバッテリーを節約するための動的なスリーピングアルゴリズムを提案して、数値解析・シミュレータによる性能評価を行った。
