项目摘要

2022年度は、2021年度から行っていた「木の駅」方式の地域通貨組織のネットワーク分析についての論文の執筆と投稿、および2023年度実施予定の全国の稼働中の地域通貨を対象とした質問紙調査の準備作業を行った。第一に、「木の駅」方式の地域通貨組織のネットワーク分析についての研究では、2011～2019年の間に開催された計26の木の駅サミットやブロック会議など（=「政策フォーラム」）に参加した62の「木の駅」組織のデータをもとに、その組織間関係の行列を作成し、ネットワーク分析（経験的ネットワーク分析のためのシミュレーション手法：Siena）を行った。どんな種類の(組織間コミュニケーションの)紐帯が政策フォーラムを通じて経時的に形成されるのかを分析した結果、「Triad closure」や「Network closure」に正の効果が認められ、結束型(bonding)ソーシャルキャピタルが見出された。一方で、「Popularity」に負の効果が認められ、橋渡し型(bridging)ソーシャルキャピタルは見出されないことが明らかにされた。第二に、「木の駅」方式の地域通貨を含む日本各地の地域通貨について実態（導入目的や規模等）を明らかにするために質問紙調査を行うことを計画しているが、昨年度に引き続き、送付先等の基本情報を得るために稼働中の地域通貨の一覧の更新作業を行った。2021年末時点で183の稼働中の地域通貨を確認し、これまでの延べ立ち上げ数が668となっている。183の地域通貨のうち、「木の駅」方式は49、電子通貨タイプは35となっており、この2つが今の日本の地域通貨の主流のタイプといっても過言ではない。
