本研究は、主要な看護師送り出し国であるインドからの看護師の国際労働移動が、インド国内での最低賃金制度の導入後にどのように変化したのかを分析することを目的とする。インドにおける先行研究では、給与水準がはるかに低い私立病院勤務の看護師の間で国際労働移動への強い選好がみられることが指摘される。しかし、2018年、私立病院に州政府の定める最低賃金を看護師に支払うことが義務づけられるようになった。本研究では、最低賃金制度の導入という労働条件の変化が国際労働移動にどのように影響したのかを、2016～17年に調査した看護師の追跡調査より検証する。これにより、インドの医療分野における重要な政策課題である看護師不足への政策含意を導くことも目指す。2022年度より調査票を用いた調査をオンラインに切り替えた。2022年度の成果としては、共著論文2本が洋書（海外出版社）のチャプターとして掲載された。ほかにも投稿中の共著論文が2本ある。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in the minimum wage system after the introduction of the primary care provider. The first study was conducted to evaluate the quality of nursing care in private hospitals. The second study was conducted to evaluate the quality of nursing care in private hospitals. In 2018, private hospitals will have to pay the state government's fixed minimum rent to caregivers, and they will be obligated to pay it. This study examines the effects of changing the conditions for the introduction of the minimum wage system on international mobility, and a follow-up survey of caregivers conducted in 2016 - 17. This is an important policy issue in the medical field, and it is a guide to the policy implications of the shortage of caregivers. The 2022 annual survey ticket was used for the survey. The results of 2022 are published in two foreign books (overseas publishing houses). There are 2 articles in the article.
