项目摘要

本研究は、地域住民が生活環境のモノゴトを素材とし主体的に芸術を創造できる地域芸術プログラムの開発を目的とする。1まずは生活環境のモノゴトを素材とする芸術家の創作実践の分析により、素材とのエコロジカルな関わりの構造をモデル化する。2そのモデルを適用したワークショップの実施と参与観察により、地域住民が芸術創造のプロセスを経験できる汎用性、包摂性の高い実践を可能とする手法を明らかにする。3それを基に地域芸術プログラムの開発を行い、成果を広く社会に共有する。2022年度は、芸術家の鈴木ヒラクの野外インスタレーションや、素材性を重視した制作を行う工芸家たちの近年の取り組み等の視察を行なった。特に工芸家の新宮州三氏には、日々の制作活動のなかでどのように素材と関わっているかについてインタビュー調査を行なった。また、弘前大学の教養教育科目の授業で、生活環境のモノゴトを素材としたワークショップを実施し、参与観察、質問紙調査を行なった。さらに、これまでの研究成果を漢陽大学校Music Research Center、日本サウンドスケープ協会、弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科共催の国際セミナー「The First International Seminar on Soundscape: Connecting Korea and Japan through Acoustic Environment」、日本サウンドスケープ協会のセミナー「Sound Education Seminar 2022-2024 第1回 サウンド・エデュケーションの多様性」で発表した。本研究で実施してきたワークショップは、サウンドスケープ思想に基づく教育プロクラム「サウンド・エデュケーション」の構造を造形芸術に応用したものであるため、サウンドスケープ研究への成果のフィードバックは、サウンドスケープ思想の汎用性の提案にも繋がった。
