In 2022 I could successfully completed and published the first book project even though it was delayed during the Covid situation. I also could continued with my research the cultural voices of elderly women in Japan, especially in how they express their limitations in social and cultural activities. This year I researched more Korean audiences and literary response to the literature of Japanese elderly lives and voice especially aged women's culture that had showsn much dynamic relationships comparing Korean elderly culture.And I had continuous meetings to prepare the 2nd book-project with scholars. However, while I could I successfully collaborated in 2020-2021, due to complications arising from the situation around COVID-19, the meetings and interviews were limited due to the vulnerability of the elderly people and scholars with whom I wanted to collaborate; however, in the meantime, I could expand my scholarly network to Asia where of research has been more active as of late; insofar as I am able to work with scholars in Indonesia that are more accessible by in-persion and also online means both. The Institue of Technology,Bandung where female scholars responsed and eagerly wanted to collaborate work with Japan and North America and we are currently working the international symposium in Japan coming year.
