今年度は、昨年度調査を行ったものの中から、個人蔵フィルム（戦後昭和・数千枚）の詳細な調査およびデジタル化を中心におこなった。本資料は、山梨県内で、戦後に報道・広告写真を撮影していたカメラマンのフィルムである。県庁広聴広報課や県内テレビ局から依頼された写真もあり、歴史的な出来事やイベントの写真（例：昭和天皇来県時の写真等）や、観光地、農園、文化財など、様々なジャンルの写真が確認された。昭和30年代を中心とした昭和20～40年代のフィルムで、分野ごとに袋にまとめられ保管されている。フィルムひとつひとつに、いつ、何を撮ったかのメモが丁寧に記載されており、各時代の山梨を写す貴重な資料であることが確認された。フィルムの状態は、極一部に少し波うつフィルムが見られたが、多くが良好な状態であった。引き続き、デジタル化をすすめる。また、当館所蔵の酢酸臭が確認されたマイクロフィルムのデジタル化および収蔵方法の検討も行った。ほか、令和3年8月に、百貨店で会場を借り、山梨古写真展開催および同会場での被写体情報収集調査を実施する予定で準備を行っていたが、新型コロナ感染症拡大防止を考え、１週間前に中止となった（当館で開催する展覧会中止にあわせ、写真展も中止判断となった）。令和4年度にもう一度実施できるように準備を進めたい。本年度の調査、デジタル化を通して、地域の歴史・文化を記録する重要な写真やフィルムが確認された。令和4年度以降、新型コロナウイルス感染症の状況をみながら、引き続き紙焼き写真やフィルムの悉皆調査およびデジタル化を行っていきたい。
