项目摘要

本年度の成果として、まずは4月に研究成果の集大成をコーネル大学出版会（United States and the Worldシリーズ）から書籍として出版する契約を結んだことが挙げられる。この書籍は松下幸之助志財団の松下正治記念学術賞の補助を得て、Open Accessで出版される予定である。図表などを含めた最終原稿を10月に提出し、現在出版社にて、出版準備が進められている。また、書籍に掲載しきれなかった研究内容を、2つの論文として執筆した。1つ目は1970年代米中和解の時期における中国系アメリカ人の経験について、米中の一次資料を利用して分析した論文が、3月に外交史の分野で有名なDiplomatic History誌に掲載された。また、冷戦期の米中関係におけクエーカー教徒の役割について、主にアメリカ・フレンズ奉仕団（フィラデルフィア）の資料をもとに書いた論文を、冷戦史の分野で権威のあるCold War History誌に提出した。2度の査読・修正を経て、現在最終審査結果を待っている状況である。本研究の総仕上げを行うため、2月から3月にかけて、コロナ禍で行えていなかった追加の資料調査をアメリカで行なった。ニューヨーク大学、国立公文書館（ワシントン）、ジョージ・ブッシュ大統領図書館（カレッジステーション）、テキサス大学オースティン校、ロナルド・レーガン大統領図書館（シミバレー）にて資料調査を行い、来年度に論文として執筆予定の、アメリカ新左派（ニューレフト）と中国文化大革命の関係に関する資料を入手した。

The results of this year's research will be summarized in April at the United States and the World Press Conference, which will conclude the book and publication contract. The book was published by Matsushita Masaharu Memorial Scholarship Grant, Open Access. The final manuscript was submitted in October, and now the publishing house is preparing for publication. The book is published in the journal, the research content is published in the journal, and the thesis is written in the journal. 1. In the 1970s, the period of reconciliation in China was divided into two parts: the first part of the History of calligraphy and the second part of the history of diplomacy. The data of the Cold War History Journal is presented in the Cold War History Journal 2. Review, correction, and final review results are pending. This study was conducted in February, March and September.
