项目摘要

本年度では、ます、【研究テーマ１：家族介護者のメンタルヘルスとストレス・マネジメントのあり方が要介護者の生活の質・満足度に与える影響】において、情報公開申請を経て入手した「堺市高齢者等実態調査」の個票データを用いて、要介護者の満足度や介護ニーズなどに影響を及ぼす要因について実証分析を行い、要介護者の満足度と介護ニーズのそれぞれについて、研究論文を執筆した。前者の研究に関して、国際学術雑誌に投稿し採択され、オープンアクセスにて掲載されている。一方、後者の研究も論文執筆が終わり、最終年度に向けて論文投稿を進めている状況である。次に、【研究テーマ２：家族介護者のメンタルヘルスとストレス・マネジメントのあり方に影響する社会的要因】に関して、研究対象の一つとして、家族介護を行っているヤングケアラー（15歳～25歳の子ども及び若者）に着目した。ヤングケアラーに関する社会調査を独自に設計・実施し、調査会社（外部委託先：株式会社日本能率協会総合研究所）の協力を得て全国のヤングケアラーに関する個票データを入手した。当該データを用いて、ヤングケアラーの負担の実態及び外部支援の影響について、実証分析を行った。本研究成果は学術論文として国際学術雑誌に掲載されている。最後に、【研究テーマ３：家族介護者のメンタルヘルスを促進する支援プログラムの経済評価】に関して、まず、日本のヤングケアラーに着目し、家族のケアの役割が彼らの認知面や感情面に及ぼす影響（PANOC-YC20）について実証分析を行った。また、日本のヤングケアラーの現状について海外の研究とも比較しながら分析を進めた。本研究は現在論文投稿中で、査読を受けている状況である。今後の予定として、彼らが求めているニーズをさらに明らかにし、有効な支援プログラムの考案・開発の参考となるように基礎資料作りを行っていく。
