项目摘要

本研究では、日本における量的・質的金融緩和政策(QQE)が実体経済に及ぼす影響を多角的に分析している。2022年度については、日本のQQEの実体経済に対する影響について、ひとまずの結果をまとめ、関西応用経済学研究会にて報告を行った。具体的にはTVP-VARモデルを用いてマクロモデルと業種別モデルを構築し、インパルス応答分析を行って、QQEの生産や物価に対する影響を見ている。業種別モデルについては、化学・電気機械・一般機械・金属製品・非鉄金属・紙／パルプ・繊維・輸送用機械の業種を扱い、生産に対する影響を見ている。そのほか、波及経路についても言及し、為替レート経路と株価経路についても検証している。主な結果としてはマクロモデルにおいて、QQEの生産に対する影響を確認できた。一方で物価に対しては限定的な反応であった。また業種別モデルでは、業種によって生産に対する影響は様々であったが、特に輸送用機械、一般機械、化学、金属製品に対する影響を確認できた。その際に波及経路としては株価経路と為替経路がともに機能していた可能性をまとめた。今後については扱っているデータのサンプル期間を再度検討し、QQEに対する政策評価をまとめる予定である。そのほか、期によっての生産に対する影響の大きさの違いや、業種ごとの影響の違い、また波及経路の検討についても詳細を整理して、まとめていく予定である。そのほか生産については内需と外需に分けての検証も検討している。
