2022年度は、岩手県内を対象に行った要保護児童対策地域協議会調整機関担当者（以下、調整機関担当者）を対象としたアンケート調査の分析を行った。中山間地域が多く、比較的小規模な基礎自治体の多い岩手県では、調整機関担当者に対するスーパービジョン体制については脆弱である可能性がある。そのため、業務に関する相談ができるかどうかの実態把握を行った。また、調整機関業務のなかで、どのような場面でスーパービジョンが必要となるかについて回答を求め、その回答内容を分析した。本調査では、33市町村に配布し、回収件数33件（回収率50％；1自治体あたり2件配布）を得ることができた。調査結果では、「上司」についてはほとんどの回答者が「いる」と回答していたのに対し（97.0%）、同じ業務を担当する「先輩」がいると回答していたのは42.4％にとどまっていた。また、自身の成長機会がどの程度担保されているかについての問いに対する回答を5件法（機会が全くないを0、十分な機会があるを5）で求めたところ、その平均値は1.91となっており、低いことが分かった。セルフスーパービジョンを展開する上でも研修会などの学びの機会を担保することが望まれる。特に小規模な基礎自治体では兼務であることも多く、回答者からは「研修などへ参加する時間が確保できない」といった回答もあった。「職務に関する相談相手としてその機会が最も多かったのは「上司」であり、最も少なかったのは「職場外の他職種」であった。
