【主な研究内容】本研究は、組織レジリエンスを学校現場に応用した「学級レジリエンス尺度」の開発を目標としている。本年度は、不登校が顕在化する小学校中高学年の担任経験がある小学校教員を対象に、学級レジリエンス事例の収集を行った。【方法】調査協力者：株式会社マクロミルに登録されているモニターのうち、小学校4-6年生の担任経験がある者116名から協力を得た。調査内容：これまでの4～6年生の学級経営の中で、トラブルや難しい場面に対応できる学級にするために、意識していたことや実際に取り組んでいたことに対する自由記述を求めた。【結果および考察】自由記述のテキストマイニングの結果、特に注目すべきカテゴリーとして、(a) 学級運営、(b)場（個人面談、帰りの会など）の利用、(c)児童の家族とのネットワーキングの3つが挙げられた。(a)に関する自由記述からは、困った時に助け合える関係の構築、お互いに褒め合うようにする、暴言・暴力は冗談でも禁止、などの自由記述が多くみられたことからも、レジリエントな学級づくりには、児童たちが居心地良く過ごせる雰囲気の醸成が学校現場で重視されていることが示唆された。(b)に関しては、「子ども一人ひとりと関わる時間をなるべくもつこと」などの記述がみられたことから、集団への対応のみならず、教師と子どもが一対一で関わり合う機会を設けることが重視されていた。さらに、(c)からは、児童の家族との連携も重要視されていたことがわかった。

This study aims to organize the development of "academic standards" in the school field. This year, a collection of cases of primary school teachers working in middle and high schools was conducted.
