项目摘要

近年、小児の食物アレルギーの有病率は上がっているが、保育施設における食物アレルギー児への対応はまだ十分とは言えない。東北医科薬科大学病院ではアレルギー外来を新設し、当院の医療圏内での保育施設における食物アレルギー児への対応の改善を目指している。その対策を講じるには保育施設の食物アレルギー児への対応の現状、ニーズ、現在の問題点の調査が必要と考え、本研究を計画した。東北医科薬科大学病院を中心とした地域（仙台市宮城野区、若林区、利府町、多賀城市、塩釜市、七ヶ浜町）の保育施設を対象に、施設責任者・職員にアンケート調査を行い、アレルギー対応の現状を把握する。調査内容には、食物アレルギー児童の受け入れ状況、施設としてのアレルギー児童への対応、食物アレルギーについての知識や理解についての質問が含まれる。また、保育施設に在籍する児童の保護者に対してもアンケート調査を行い、児童のアレルギー疾患の有無やアレルギーに対する不安などを調査し、保育施設と保護者間の考えの相違も明らかにする。これらのアンケート調査の結果を元に地域に密着した実現可能性の高い対応方法の考案を目指し、それを実施していくことを目的としている。また本研究により、アレルギー専門医の少ない地域での食物アレルギー対応の体制の在り方について全国のモデルとなる可能性があり、食物アレルギー児が保育施設で安全かつ豊かな食生活を送りながら過ごせるようになると考えている。アンケート調査を行うにあたり保育施設の実務責任者と職員、児童の保護者を対象としたアレルギー疾患についてのアンケート調査票の作成と送付する保育施設のリストを作成したが、退職にともなう科研費補助事業廃止のためアンケートの送付は行えなかった。
