本研究は、体つくり運動系の授業を支援する指導資料を作成し、その活用の可能性について検討することを目的としている。2022年度は、指導資料の作成とその活用可能性について検討することを計画した。指導資料の作成として、まず同一単元計画を用いた一般教員と体育に関する熟練教員の体育授業を撮影し、体育授業場面や教師の相互作用行動について分析を行い、それぞれの体育授業の特徴を捉え、一般教員に対して必要な支援内容を検討した。その結果、マネジメント場面の抑制が必要であることが示唆された。そこで、マネジメント場面の減少に有効な学習規律や約束事に関する言葉掛けを収集し、指導資料に掲載することとした。併せてつまずきのある児童に対する言葉掛けも掲載することとした。まず、授業中の熟練教員の発話を逐語録として起こし、マネジメント場面の減少に関わる言葉掛け、つまずきのある児童に対する言葉掛けを収集した。効果的な言葉掛けを指導資料に掲載するために、収集した言葉掛けについて体育を中心研究教科とする3名の教員と協議を行い掲載する言葉掛けを選定した。その後、運動領域や単元の意義、単元計画や言葉掛け、つまずき事例などを掲載した指導資料を作成した。　一方で、2022年度は作成した指導資料の活用可能性を検討していたが、実施には至らなかった。
