本研究は、我が国の保健体育科教育における体ほぐしの運動の指導法開発を行うとともに、多忙を極める学校現場の教員の一助となる“包括Web 教材システム”を構築すること目的としている。具体的には以下の３点を課題としている。研究課題①はシアターゲームやアイスブレイクなど、教育界以外（演劇界やダンス業界、セミナー業界）の現場で広まっているワークなどの教材化。研究課題②は典型的な教材として広まる「体ほぐしの運動」ワーク及び課題①で開発したワークを、発達段階など考慮し体系的整理・分類。研究課題③は、「体ほぐしの運動」の指導資料“包括WEB 教材システム「体ほぐし教材倉庫」”の作成及び実地研修会の開催。現在までの研究遂行状況としては以下の通りである。研究課題①については、体ほぐしの運動 ワークに関わる文献及び研究者が既知であるワークに加えて、聞き取り調査などを用いてワークに関して情報収集を行っている。現時点で100以上の例を収集している。この中から、学習指導要領において体ほぐしの運動の要素としてあげられる「気付き」「関わり合う」要素を持つワークに関して取捨選択を行っている。研究課題②については体系化のための分類方法ついて検討中である。研究課題③については、webシステムをwix作成する方針である。wixは本研究が終了した後も、研究者によって加筆修正可能であること。HP作成のためのUIがシンプルで、HP作成にあたりコード等の技術がなくても使用可能なためである。研修会に関しては、コロナ禍及び働き方改革の影響で、ダンスや体育科に関する研修会が存続していないもしくは中断している状況が多いと聞く。そのため、HPでの発信に尽力していきたい。
