项目摘要

学生金型グランプリ「プラスチック金型部門」では、学生（若年者）に対して的確な課題が提示される。これに毎年参加して、製作する工程を通し、若年者にとっての設計・製作・成形の問題点を明らかにする。本年度の教材開発は、学生金型グランプリでの「地域連携ものづくりプロジェクト」のメンバーで手分けした。金型製作のスタートから完成に至るまでを対象とする、プロジェクト方式教育訓練での教材開発を行なった。教材は、技術者を目指す学生とともに実際の金型製造の過程で形成的な評価をしながら作成した。その後に教材作成に関わらなかったメンバーを入れて、有効性を総括的に評価し完成させている。特に、３次元CADによる金型設計方法のテキスト・３DAモデルによる３次元CAD設計方法のテキスト、見本となる３次元モデルデータ・３Dプリンターによる金型の樹脂製模型を作成した。作成された教材は、指導者を目指す学生、職業訓練指導員、企業の教育訓練担当者を対象としてレビューを行なった。テキストは理解容易か、指導要領はポイントを捉えているか、金型などの模型等は使いやすいか、などの観点から評価した。また、コロナ禍の対応としてリモートでの授業は可能か、オンデマンドに適しているか、それらの習得度測定はできるか、教育訓練効果の検証は可能か、などを検討した。上記の結果をベースに学会や学生金型グランプリの研究発表会に参加して、得られた評価をフィードバックして完成度を高めた。
