项目摘要

本研究は、心理職（公認心理師、臨床心理士等）において、災害時の支援者支援に必要なコンピテンシーを明らかにし、その中でも重要となるキー・コンピテンシーを解明することを目的としている。2022年度は、主に3つの調査と解析に取り組んだ。1）文献調査1：東日本大震災発災の2011年から2022年の文献を対象に、災害支援者支援の職種間連携の形態について文献調査をおこなった。23件の文献検討の結果、超職種型アプローチによる支援者支援は3 件確認され、約半数で連携形態の明示がされておらず、連携形態の検討をおこなうことは困難であった。これより、災害支援・支援者支援においては職種間連携が推奨されるものの、その連携形態への関心は高くない現状であることを指摘した。2）文献調査2：災害支援者への支援として取り組まれた各種心理教育の報告を含んだ国内文献を検討し、心理教育的支援の現状把握と今後の課題の検討をおこなった。災害支援者支援の実践報告が大きく含まれた23件の文献を検討した結果、「心理教育」との記載があった文献は3件で、いずれも筆頭筆者は心理職であり、支援対象となった支援者は行政職員や消防職員、被災者支援に関わるスタッフ等であった。心理教育内容としては職員のメンタルヘルス、支援者のストレスの軽減、セルフケアの促進、トラウマティックストレスに関する内容等であった。支援者を支えるための取り組みとして、正確な知識の獲得と対処技能の修得につながる心理教育の実践が重要となることを指摘した。3）災害支援経験者を対象とした質問紙調査とその解析：災害時支援において心理職に必要となる支援者支援コンピテンシーについて、災害支援経験をもつ対人援助職を対象にした質問紙調査を、デルファイ法を用いて計3回実施した。1・2ラウンド目の調査結果概要を対象者にフィードバックしながら調査を実施し、結果解析の継続中である。
