项目摘要

本研究では、１．高階自由配置の特徴づけや性質の解析、２．超平面配置のコバウンダリー多項式や明示式の計算を目的とする。2022年度の研究では、コバウンダリー多項式の特殊値として得られる特性多項式の一般化である特性準多項式の研究を進めた。特に、2021年に研究を始めていた標準基底で表示されたBCD型Coxeter配置の特性準多項式の研究と、並行してB型Shi配置に関連する配置の特性準多項式の研究を進めた。BCD型Coxeter配置の特性準多項式の研究では、2021年の段階で、すでに標準基底で表示されたBCD型Coxeter配置を含むようなクラスの配置の特性準多項式を求めており、2022年は計算結果をまとめたプレプリントを執筆した。さらに、本結果を使ってB型やC型のCoxeter配置からいくつかの超平面を取り除いて得られる配置の特性準多項式の計算をしており、現在、2022年に執筆したプレプリントに結果を書き足している最中である。HIGASHITANI-TRAN-YOSHINAGAにより、「Shi配置から１組の平行な超平面を除いて得られる配置の特性準多項式は多項式になるかperiod collapseが起こるかのどちらかである」という予想が提唱されている。これに関連して、B型Shi配置の場合に先述の予想が正しいかどうかの検証を行った。予想の解決のために、何種類かのShi配置に似た配置の特性準多項式を調べる必要があることがわかっており、そのうちいくつかに関しては一定の成果を得ている。本研究は大阪大学の東谷氏との共同研究である。また、2022年6月に研究代表者として研究集会「誤り訂正符号と超平面配置の関係とその応用」を開催し、ハミング重み多項式とコバウンダリー多項式の関係について関連する研究者に周知した。「コバウンダリー多項式の準多項式化をしてみるのはどうか？」などの意見が出ており、今後の研究の参考とする。
