项目摘要

本研究では、1960年代に建てられたアフリカ都市の鉄筋コンクリート造集合住宅を対象に、集合住宅に係る近代技術として、構法と区分所有法に着目し、同時代の西欧の状況と照合することで、近代技術の伝播の系譜を明らかにする。2022年度は、構法仕様の把握を中心に以下に取り組んだ。技術受入れ側の共同住宅である、ダカールのRondpoint住宅団地について、躯体図の３次元モデル化を行った。原図には不鮮明な箇所がみられたため、まず意匠図と構造図の原図を照らし合わせて、躯体図の描き起こしをで行い２次元図面化し、それをもとに３次元モデル化し、不整合な部分を解消したモデルを整備して、構法的な特徴について検討した。これについては、国内学会への投稿を行った。この作業の継続として、配筋等の情報をふくむBIMモデル化に取組んでいる。技術の送り出し側であるフランスの当時の技術移転思想を把握するために、フランス国内での資料収集を行った。渡航制限期間中で期間も限られたため、目的を満足する資料にたどり着けなかった。この作業については、内容公開が現地のみの資料もあり限定的ではあるが、遠隔で取り寄せ可能なものについては引き続き検索収集し情報集約を進めている。
