3年目にあたる2022年度は、2021年度にまとめたアンケート調査のデータをGIS等を用いながら、より詳細な分析を行った。加えて、自由記述にてご回答頂いた内容についても見直し、保育施設の災害への備えの実態と、不安要素などを抽出した。結果として、備蓄量や延べ床面積などの数値データからは分からなかった、保育士の負担に繋がる要素がいくつか抽出できた。災害備蓄を見直すために、自治体等からの補助金等の援助の必要生にも着目してきたが、今後、保育士の仕事量や人手不足に対する負担にも着目する必要がある。例えば、災害時の施設開放に繋がる建築的不安の項目としては、大人用のトイレ不足があげられたが、同時に、日常的な保育現場においても大人用のトイレが近くにないことから、保育士はなかなかトイレに行くことができず、保育室の近くに大人用トイレを設置してほしいという声が聞かれた。その他、災害用備蓄を保管するスペース不足もあげられたが、保育施設全体での収納スペース不足から、保育士の休憩スペース等も収納に利用されるなどといった課題もあげられた。また、災害時に最も必要なものとして、マンパワーという回答があり、日常的な人手不足問題がもあげられた。災害時への備えという観点からも、子ども達だけでなく、保育士の働く環境も念頭に調査を行う必要性が伺えた。以上のことから、災害対策としての施設強化に加えて、保育士の負担軽減のために建築的にどのような対策がとれるのか検討する必要があると考えている。現在、こうしたアンケート調査の結果を調査協力先にご報告するための報告書を作成しており、2023年度に発送予定である。
