本研究では，全体的な利益を追求することで，自社の利益が犠牲にされる関連会社の問題を解決するため，サプライチェーン再設計・再計画において広く用いられている数理モデルによる最適化手法を採用する．また，経営上の視点から問題を分析し，各拠点の利益性を考慮しつつ，企業グループ内の不採算リスクを回避しつつ全体的な利益を最大化するための統合生産計画方式の構築を目指す．昨年度までに，フィールド調査から得られたサプライチェーンリスクの具体的な事例と，様々な産業を対象とする文献調査によって列挙されるリスクの要因を洗い出し，その中でも関連企業間の移転価格の決定問題に焦点を当て，移転価格と生産分担の意思決定の方法論を策定した．今年度は，移転価格に影響する要素の一つである物流コストに注目して，国際輸送環境の変化に対応したモデルの拡張を行い，製造業界と物流業界の実データに基づいて考察を行った．具体的には，国際輸送環境の変化による代替案を考慮し，新しい輸送手段を検討した．国際鉄道輸送は複数の国・地域の鉄道機構と連携する必要があるため，多数のフォワーダーがサービス提供に参入しており，運賃が激しく変動するという特徴がある．そのため，国際輸送の運賃相場リスクを考慮した生産地と輸送路線の選択が同時に決定できる生産計画案を分析した．

This study aims to solve the problem of social interaction between the interests of the whole society and the interests of the society. To analyze the problems from the viewpoint of management, consider the benefits of each point, and guide the construction of integrated production planning methods in enterprises to avoid the overall benefits. Last year, a survey was conducted to identify specific examples and key causes of the shift in production allocation among related enterprises. This year, the factors affecting the quality of goods and services are one of the most important factors in the transformation of the international transportation environment. The basic research on the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry is also carried out. Specific to the international transport environment, alternative to consideration of new means of transport. International railway transportation is necessary for railway organizations in a number of countries and regions. Most of the railway organizations provide services for participation in international railway transportation. The international transportation phase field is considered and the transportation route is selected. The production plan is analyzed.
