本研究においては．本研究ではアンケート調査における主要なバイアスの1つである，アンケート調査への非回答者が存在することにより引き起こされる「非回答バイアス」について，そのアンケート結果に対する影響を検証することを目的としている。本研究では特に，その発生過程を①アンケート自体への回答・非回答，②アンケートの各項目への非回答の2段階に分け，それぞれの段階におけるアンケート結果への影響を，計量経済学および機械学習の手法を用いて検証する。今年度においては，調査票における欠測データの発生要因およびそれに関する先行研究等の収集と，有機農業・環境保全型農業の国内外の先行研究について整理し，一部現地調査を実施することで，調査票の内容の検討を進めた。欠測データの発生要因については，国内外の計量経済学および機械学習の手法を利用して，欠測を処理する研究を引き続きレビューし，これをもとにデータ分析のための基本的なモデルを設計し，複数の分析用コードを作成している。調査内容の検討に向けては，各国の環境保全型農業および有機農業に関する制度等についてウェブセミナーおよび文献収集を通じて情報収集を行なうとともに，一部国内有機農業実施地域の現地調査を行い，実情を踏まえた調査票設計を行った。さらに，以上を踏まえてインターネット調査の実査に向けた調査票の設計を行い，調査会社候補をし，次年度の調査実施の調整を行っているところである。

This year, we will conduct a survey on the causes of under-detection and related preliminary research, organize domestic and international preliminary research on organic agriculture and environment-friendly agriculture, and conduct a field survey on the contents of the survey. The main reasons for the development of undermeasurement are the use of metrology and mechanical learning methods at home and abroad, the research on undermeasurement and analysis, the basic design of undermeasurement and analysis, and the preparation of multiple analysis tools. The contents of the survey are discussed in the direction of environmental protection agriculture and organic agriculture-related systems in various countries. The survey is conducted in the field of organic agriculture in China, and the survey ticket design is carried out. In addition, the above steps are carried out in the design of investigation tickets for the implementation of investigation, and the adjustment of investigation implementation for the next year is carried out in the middle of the investigation.
